Rent your training rooms in the Salamanca district (Madrid) from €35/hour, in spaces specifically designed for learning.
Our outdoor classrooms, such as the Richmond Room and Jasper Room, offer abundant natural light and flexible furniture to create classroom, theater, or U-shaped configurations, comfortably accommodating groups of 10 to 40 students.
Forget about technical issues: the reservation includes all audiovisual equipment (projectors, traditional or digital whiteboards), air conditioning, and a high-speed WiFi connection capable of supporting all attendees connected simultaneously.
Located on Calle Hermosilla, next to the Velázquez and Príncipe de Vergara metro stations, we offer the accessibility and professionalism that your intensive courses or workshops need.

RICHMOND ROOM
Description:
Located on the 3rd floor, the Richmond is a bright and quiet room, ideal for training courses, workshops and business meetings.
Capacity:
Room of 25 m2, with capacity for up to 12 people in imperial format, and 20 people in auditorium format.
Furniture:
- Various wooden tables and stackable chairs

JASPER ROOM
Description:
Located on the 5th floor, overlooking Hermosilla street, the Jasper is a bright and very versatile room, allowing multiple distributions and seating. The entrance hall is perfect for the reception of guests or for a coffee break.
Capacity:
50 m2 room, with capacity for up to 20 people in U or school format, and up to 40 people in auditorium format.

PHOENIX ROOM
Description:
Located on the first floor, with independent access from the Yosemite patio, the Fénix is a room with good lighting, both natural and artificial. The space has a support room with a kitchen, a reading corner and a relaxation area.
Capacity:
Room of 56 m2, divided into two spaces, with a capacity of up to 14 people in auditorium format.

Do the training rooms have natural light?
Yes. Many of our rooms, such as the Maral Room and Java Room, are located on upper floors and have plenty of natural light, creating a bright, comfortable, and professional environment for your meetings.
Is it possible to hold hybrid training sessions or video conferences?
Yes. Our rooms are equipped with a video conferencing system, allowing you to organize hybrid training sessions with both in-person and remote participants. The rental fee includes all the audiovisual equipment needed to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted experience.
Is the audiovisual equipment compatible with Mac and PC?
Yes. All rooms have a screen or projector, connectors and adapters compatible with Mac and PC computers, as well as a flipchart, whiteboard, and high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can connect your devices without any hassle.
Do you offer coffee break or lunch service?
Yes. When you rent a training room, you can add coffee break or catering options, as well as enjoy our specialty coffee. If you have specific needs regarding lunch or breaks, please let us know when you make your reservation, and we’ll tailor our services to your meeting.

Can the rooms be rented over the weekend?
Training rooms are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
To rent them on weekends, you can check availability by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
