We are located on Hermosilla Street, right in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, one of Madrid’s most prestigious areas. Its culinary offerings, elegant buildings, and excellent transportation links create an ideal setting for hosting clients, partners, and teams.
We are located near the Velázquez subway station (Line 4) and the Príncipe de Vergara subway station (Lines 2 and 9), as well as several bus routes and parking lots in the surrounding area.

JASPER ROOM
Description:
Located on the 5th floor, overlooking Hermosilla street, the Jasper is a bright and very versatile room, allowing multiple distributions and seating. The entrance hall is perfect for the reception of guests or for a coffee break.
Capacity:
50 m2 room, with capacity for up to 20 people in U or school format, and up to 40 people in auditorium format.

PHOENIX ROOM
Description:
Located on the first floor, with independent access from the Yosemite patio, the Fénix is a room with good lighting, both natural and artificial. The space has a support room with a kitchen, a reading corner and a relaxation area.
Capacity:
Room of 56 m2, divided into two spaces, with a capacity of up to 14 people in auditorium format.

What kind of installations can be set up in the rooms?
Our event spaces areflexible and adaptableto various types of gatherings: corporate meetings, workshops, conferences, networking events, or presentations. They are equipped with basic furniture (tables and chairs) and can be arranged in different layouts, such as classroom, U-shape, or auditorium. For specific setups, please let us know when you make your reservation, and we’ll adapt the space to your needs.
Is it possible to hold hybrid events or videoconferences?
Yes. Our rooms are equipped with videoconferencing systems, allowing you to organize hybrid meetings and presentations with both in-person and remote participants. The rental includes all the audiovisual equipment necessary to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience.
Do you offer coffee break or lunch service?
Yes. When you rent a room, you can add coffee break or catering options, as well as enjoy our specialty coffee. If you have specific lunch or break requirements, please let us know when you make your reservation and we will adapt to your event.

Can we come in early to prepare the materials or decorate?
Whenever availability allows, we offer flexibility to access the venue in advance to prepare materials or adjust the space before your event. We recommend coordinating this at the time of booking.
Can the rooms be rented over the weekend?
Our rooms are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. For long-term events on weekends, you can check the availability of our room by filling out the form on this page.
