Present your proposal to management

Submitting a proposal doesn't mean getting a "yes." Making the decision possible, however, does.

In this 100% hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to turn complex information into a proposal that management can use to decide: what to request, why now, what evidence supports it, and what risks need to be taken.

You'll work on a real-world case study to develop your proposal, and you'll have to defend it in person, under pressure, before a committee that might say YES, NO, or YES, IF…

And just when you think you've got it, the rules change: you'll have to rework your proposal with a smaller budget and defend it all over again.

You won't learn how to make prettier presentations.
You'll learn how to make it easier for people to say yes.
